KODIAK DESCRIPTION
KODIAK is the inaugural back-end component of ISigTech’s revolutionary KODIAK Tactical Intelligence Suite. KODIAK was designed with adaptability in mind and comes configured with signal processing, signals analysis tools (frequency, waterfall and time displays), an audio editing tool, a geo-location mapping tool and a web-accessible database for storing, analyzing and retrieving metadata. We know different types of collection sensors are deployed and return information with no structured way to format the data. KODIAK is a modular and scalable system that automatically interprets collection from multiple sensors with different data types, converts all input to a common format and merges the data into a common repository enabling operators and analysts to process and correlate disparate sets of data. Currently, operators, analysts, linguists and decision makers must function in an environment that provides disjointed capabilities. KODIAK provides a common easy-to-use platform that brings together mission components and enables operators, analysts, linguists and decision makers to collaborate from the same platform. Customers can simultaneously manage real-time and file-based data as well as HF/VHF/UHF target processing.
We know mission requirements change rapidly and being able to quickly add, remove and develop new capabilities is critical. We have developed an architecture that automates signal processing and eliminates the traditional Software Development Kit (SDK) approach used by many vendors today. KODIAK's open architecture, non-proprietary API and signal processing modularity enables customers to tailor KODIAK for any RF mission. Customers can easily incorporate their existing signal capabilities, develop new algorithms or simply add signal modules as needed without an SDK environment, licensing fee add-ons or intellectual property concerns. Any algorithm or function written in C or C++ can be directly added to KODIAK without recompiling the KODIAK system software. This feature enables customers to rapidly respond to emerging threats during mission, enable and disable sensitive processing and develop timely QRC capabilities.
The Web-accessible database automatically organizes metadata (processing results) for rapid local and remote access or dissemination to national-level databases for strategic review. Automated analysis and visualization capabilities embedded within KODIAK allow users to rapidly extract actionable information locally or remotely. KODIAK is ideal for survey, sustained collection, situational awareness and threat warning applications.
